Night Ball Extravaganza

The Night Ball Extravaganza was a beer pong test of absolute skill under harsh conditions. The game was played at night under a street lamp in 40 degrees weather, with a slight breeze of wind. The competitors had to play against the wind in order to hit the cup, the tourny was INTENSE! Manuel Vs. Taylor (Me). The tourny lasted late through the night, testing the highest levels of strength, endurance, and manpower. As we both struggled to hit the last cup, I threw the ball with the perfect angle into the wind which glided the ping pong ball into the last cup of victory!

Victor’s Gold Cup Championship

Last weekend, an astonishing beer pong tournament was thrown at the ambassador of Thailand’s crib in Geneva. Many teams played and threw down, but only the two teams made it to the final round, Jenye and Abbas VS. Fadi and Manny. It was a vigorous 3 rounds, Fadi showing great ball throwing skill and keeping his team in the lead. Jenye and Abbas showing difficulty to land a cup, lost when Manny dropped the last cup with a beautiful arched toss. Fadi and Manny had a victorious win with 4 cups still remaining on their side.

Les Palettes Beer Cup

Last weekend, a beer pong tournament was held in Les Palettes. The finalists were Lindsey from New York, and Taylor (me) from Seattle. It was a very competitive and close three matches. I won the first game by one cup, Lindsey threw down and beat me the second game. The final match was a beer binger. By that time we were already intoxicated, so making the last ball in the cup was a struggle. But Lindsey pulled through and shot the ball in my last cup making him the champion of the Les Palettes Beer Cup.

The westcoast house rules.

1. pingpong balls are thrown into a pyramid of 10 cups, on each side of the table, from the opponent of the opposite side of the table.
2. when a ball is submerged into the beer cup, the cup must be drankin.
3. you can bounce the ball, but the other team can smack it out! 
4. if playing in teams of two. the two players drain a cup each the team has a double turn, therefore dominating the other team.
5. if the ball bounces off one cup and goes into the other. both cups must be drankin. tough luck man.
6. u can re-rack, when the cups get down to 6, 4, 3, 2, 1. re- rack means rearrange back to a pyramid (as shown in the diagram at the bottom). 
7. first one to run out of cups is the big loser face.
